CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIAL SERVICES

Building Managers and Rope Access Technicians can feel frustration when access difficulties arise, due to an oversight in planning and design. We can ease and eliminate future access difficulties from the initial project concept, through to height safety consultation, design and management. We can also assist with project methodology design and problem solving. Rope access is a more cost effective and less invasive solution compared to scaffolding.

Builders clean

Façade and window cleaning with a combination of high pressure and soft wash cleaning. Detail cleaning with mop and squeegee.

Stand by rescue

Confined space entry and rescue. IRATA level 3 supervision for all works at height and rope access projects.

Demolition

Oxy Cutting, Grinding, Mechanical strip outs, Sky sign removal. Geo-technical assistant works.

Rigging

All general rigging including light/large load lifting and construction installation. Event rigging including concert sound and sound installation.

Installation

Glazing. External cladding. Sky signs. Louvre, sunshades and awnings. Height Safety Systems. We can assist on the installation requirement for ALL trades.

Netting

Man-safe netting and debris netting.

Experienced IRATA Trained and Certified Tradesman

We use fully certified Tradesmen. At ROPE TRADES, our Team is comprised of skilled and efficient Rope Access Technicians and Tradesmen.

Accredited Installers

At ROPE TRADES, we use only the highest quality products. We are certified installers of SAYFA Access Systems and SRA Anchor Point Systems. These are industry leading brands in height safety equipment and provide complete safe access solutions for all 'working at height' situations.

JHA/SWMS

Daily 'safe start' meetings and 'end of shift' meetings are carried out to ensure a high level of clear communication are achieved on all levels.

Rope Access Rescue Planning Tool

This is a live document clearly setting out plans and procedures should the rescue of personnel on ropes be required in the event of an incident. At the core of ROPE TRADES, is our Casualty Rescue System. This system is built into all rope access rigging. This system combined with our Rope Access Planning Tool, provides a rescue system that makes ROPE TRADES an industry leader in safety procedures.

Take 5

Mandatory Personal Risk Assessments : Along with JHA/SWMS, all Team members carry out mandatory Take 5 Personal Risk Assessments for all tasks. This ensures all ROPE TRADES team members are aware and up to date of any newly identified hazards involved in tasks, prior to starting works.

Daily Safety Observations (DSO)

Daily safety observations of works are carried out and methods of improvement are implemented at safe start meetings. Equipment inspections are carried out at regular intervals and detailed records are kept in our equipment and training register.

Area Ownership Controls (AOC)

We take total control and responsibility of our work area. Access to any area plant room/roof top and any barricaded exclusion zones are strictly monitored and controlled.
